How can I participate? If you live in or are visiting Boston, DC, or NYC, register to join us in person, or register for Breathe Deep Anywhere and host a walk or activity in your hometown on October 26, 2024, or any day in November during Lung Cancer Awareness Month. For detailed information and directions, visit the individual event pages.

Can I participate if there isn’t an event in my city or if I am uncomfortable joining in person? Yes! Register for Breathe Deep ANYWHERE, our virtual walk option to participate in the comfort of your hometown with friends and family. You can walk on October 26 or host a walk or other activity anytime during November!
Is it free to register? Yes, registration is free whether you are participating virtually or in person.
How do I register? Head over to our main page at LUNGevity.org/together and scroll down to select a city. If you don’t see your city listed, select “Breathe Deep ANYWHERE” and follow the prompts to sign up. If you have trouble registering or need your password reset, please email us at together@lungevity.org.
How do I submit my tribute photo/message? Please send the name of your loved one (note if it is in honor or memory), a photo, your city, and a brief message to together@lungevity.org. Tributes will be shared on the Tribute Page and event program book.
Can I volunteer at Breathe Deep TOGETHER? Yes! If you can volunteer in Boston, DC, or NYC, please register for your preferred city, select 'Yes' on the volunteer question, and select the positions that interest you. Additional information will be sent via email.
Anyone With Lungs Can Get Lung Cancer T-shirt and Apparel
How do I receive my 2024 t-shirt? Anyone with lungs can get lung cancer and this year we've launched special edition apparel and merchandise that will help spark important conversation everywhere you go! Purchase your event apparel through the Lung Cancer Awareness Store.
What options are available? The Lung Cancer Awareness Store offers many options, colors, and items to choose from. You can even customize your t-shirt with your team name or a special message for an additional cost.
Is there any special offer for lung cancer patients and survivors? Yes! Lung cancer patients and survivors receive a free shirt. Register for Breathe Deep TOGETHER and check your email for details.
When should I make my purchase? To ensure you receive your order by event day, October 26, please purchase by October 4. The store will remain open throughout Lung Cancer Awareness Month.
Does my purchase support a cause? Absolutely! $1 from every purchase helps support lung cancer research and is donated to LUNGevity.
Are there any return or exchange policies? We do not accept returns or exchanges. Make sure to reference the size charts before ordering to ensure the best fit.
How long does shipping take? Your order will ship within 7-10 business days.

FUNDRAISING & DONATIONS
Is fundraising required? Fundraising is not required to participate, but it is encouraged! Lung cancer survivors, caregivers, and advocates are teaming TOGETHER to fund remarkable lung cancer research, education, and support breakthroughs. Where can I send check donations? Check donations can be sent to P.O. Box 754, Chicago, IL 60690. Please add "BDT 2024" in the memo line.

How can I form or join a team? The more people we have united for Breathe Deep TOGETHER, the louder our voice will be! Contact Bailey at together@lungevity.org for help in creating or joining a team.
How can my company participate, form a team, or sponsor Breathe Deep TOGETHER? Your company can participate in several ways, such as forming one (or several) teams, sponsoring the event to gain nationwide visibility, and matching donation fundraising challenges! Please contact us at together@lungevity.org to discuss the best way for your company to become involved.

I registered for an in-person walk but want to switch to virtual (or vice versa). If you are registered for Boston, DC, or NYC, and want to change from in-person to virtual or virtual to in-person, email us at together@lungevity.org, and we will gladly switch you!
